Project specificities
This former public hospital was built in the eighteenth century. AXA REIM has signed a long lease with the city of Marseille, to build a hotel and luxury spa project. This property will be managed by InterContinental Hotels and Deep Nature for the spa.
The hotel will open in early 2013 when Marseille will be European Capital of Culture. There is a huge accessibility requirements and the facade, a grand staircases and coverage are included in the inventory of historical monuments. This luxury hotel of 194 keys with a spa of about 1,000 sqm will become a reference hotel in the capital city of Marseille.

Project specificities
Rehabilitation of an office building in a 5 * hotel. This building from 1930, originally occupied by the Ministry of Finance, is divided in 8 levels and 2 levels of basement.
It has been a major rehabilitation (building demolition, replacing the courtyard facades, preservation of existing floors) in a very constrained (near the Place Vendome, the narrow Rue Saint Honore, accessibility...).
This project developed with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, has met the financial constraints and the planning.
The Mandarin Oriental Paris has been extensively studied and a level of complexity and finish rarely achieved. It features 138 rooms including 40 suites in a very successful interior design and equipped with high-end services. It has a garden, a spa 1.200sqm, a fitness room, meeting rooms, a bar and two restaurants. The opening of the hotel took place in June 2011.

Project specificities
Partial renovation of the rooms on occupied site (location of rooms, meeting rooms…).
Building very special whereas it's the tallest hotel in France, it's 137m high and 34 floors and two levels of basements.
The renovation focused on the overhaul of 220 rooms in technique and decoration, from the second to the eighth floor. The work included the occupation of the site (remained in use), proximity to meeting rooms on the 1st floor and the technical and regulatory requirements of a high-rise building.
In order not to penalize the rental of rooms, it was necessary to establish a zoning and a very special phasing areas to organize work and clients.

Project specificities
The owner wanted to re-create, in the historic area of Marrakech, a luxurian medina. Thus, based on the historic walls of the old medina, this new town combines the authenticity of its architecture according to local traditions with modern services.
The Palace uniquely designed on a site of more than 3 hectares in parallel by creating a new hotel brand.
The rooms, from 250sqm to 1.200sqm, are very close to the identity of traditional riads with private pool on the roof. The project was carried out with all the Moroccan expertise and especially the finishes and details.
The specifity of this project is the development of the back of house in the basement of the whole site. The aim is to limit interactions between guests and staff. Each riad has a "butler" to ensure a personalized service.
The hotel, opened in late 2009, also has a host of ancillary services: SPA 3000 sqm, nursery, playroom, library...
